From our earliest days back in 1983 on Hawthorne Boulevard, we've made fresh pasta and seasonal ravioli following classic recipes. Ask for our sheet pasta cut to order for your recipe, or take home whole sheets for filling your own lasagna or ravioli. Using traditional bronze Italian dies, we cut extruded pasta shapes such as casarecce, lumache, rigatoni, and spaghetti, and our talented pastai craft a rotating selection of ravioli, tortellini, agnolotti, gnocchi, and take-and-bake entires like lasagna and cannelloni. To round out your supper, our kitchen also prepares housemade sausages, pasta sauces from scratch, compound butters, soups, stocks, and more provisions. And don’t forget the tiramisu!
